Managing the Fight or Flight response
Understanding that the Fight or Flight response is a natural survival response that is not always well matched to our modern threats can help us cope with such situations. In this stress management workshop we will teach your team how recognise threats that trigger this response as well as how to effectively manage their responses through mindfulness.
