Join us for an in-depth 6 week mindfulness meditation course based on MBSR and similar programs.

Sessions will take place in Melbourne and will be run in small group sessions (8-20 participants).

Each session will run for 1 hour and will take place on a nominated weeknight each week over the course of 6 weeks.

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the practice of mindfulness
  • Establish a regular mindfulness practice
  • Learn to better manage difficult thoughts and feelings
  • Develop self-awareness, resilience and compassion
  • Improve focus and clarity
  • Develop skills and strategies to reduce stress
